Amy (Forum name: Amy)

·     Acts as main contact for membership enquiries.

·     Takes minutes for the AGM & group council meetings.

·     Distributes information from central office to members.

·     Keeps records of our walks and encourages new walkers to become group members.

Richard (Forum name: rpm)

·     Chairs the AGM, group council meetings and any other ad-hoc meetings.

·     Promotes the group and be a liaison with outside bodies.

·     Ensures the group adheres to the rules of the Ramblers, its group constitution and agreed policies.

Jonathan (Forum name: Jonathan)

·     Develops a balanced and varied programme of social events.

·     Organises or delegates organisation of events to other members.

·     Liaises with the walks secretary to avoid clashes between walking and social events.

- Treasurer

Tim (Forum name: Tim)

·     Manages the group bank account.

·     Produces annual accounts, and completes the financial return form to central office.

·     Passes the accounts to the agreed auditor in a timely manner.

David (Forum name: David)

·     Maintains and updates all sections of the group website (excluding the forum which is separately managed).

·     Seeks new ways to bring additional traffic into the website.

·     Liaises with group council members and other members to make sure that all information of use to the group membership is available on the website.

Adele (Forum name: Adele) | Graham (Forum name: thepathlesstravelled)

Ian (Forum name: Ian.H)

·     Runs the online process for each four month programme.

·     Ensures our programme contains a variety of walks to suit all group members.

·     Assists members who have never led a walk by providing information and/or pairing them with an experienced walker.
