- 25th July 2009: Stockton |

This lovely 13 mile walk took us through the wheat fields of south Norfolk on a fine summer’s day. The Artichoke at Broome (a pub for Real ale connoisseurs) proved invaluable for those with leaking water supplies. View Photographs |

- 6th June 2009: Bungay Canoe Trip |
|
Jane, Ian, Paula and Jon went on a canoe trip that Jon organised and a great time was had by all. We started from Outney Meadow Caravan Park in Bungay and canoed up to Earsham Mill where we got out and had a picnic on the riverbank. We saw lots of swans along the river with their cygnets and also cows, birds and various fish in the clear water. View Photographs |

- 14th June 2009: Rockland St Mary |
|
16 people turned out on a beautiful warm cloudless day. The walk led us through a few country lanes before venturing into the countryside, where we had lunch at the churchyard in Claxton with great views of cropfields. The next long stop was at the Beachamp Arms where we had much-needed refreshment while we watched sailing boats going to and fro along the river. We then walked along the River Yare, past Rockland Broad where we paused at a bird hide looking across the broad. Some of us concluded the walk sitting outside The New Inn pub, with profiteroles and icecream. View Photographs |

- 27th June 2009: Holme Next the Sea |
|
9 walkers and a very active dog walked ten miles near to Hunstanton on a hot day, helped in places by the sea breeze. A pub stop half way round and a pleasant cafe stop near to the end were much appreciated. Many of the walkers were surprised by the location, which with its slopes and hills wasn't the normal terrain that Norfolk walkers are used to! All went well, with just a minor incident of a bracelet being accidentally thrown into the sea for the dog to catch instead of a stone! View Photographs |
