To receive communications from us, you need to provide your email address to Ramblers when you join (and update Ramblers if your email changes).<\/p>\n<h3>How do I receive your updates?<\/h3>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve joined Ramblers and selected Hike Norfolk as your group, you should automatically get onto our mailing list and receive programmes and other communications from us. This can take a month or two, so please bear with us.<\/p>\n<p>You can also join our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/hikenorfolk\"><strong>F<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/hikenorfolk\">acebook<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.meetup.com\/hikenorfolk\/\">Meetup<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0 groups. If you have asked to join the groups and your profile name is different to your full name, please let\u2019s us know what it is via the contact us page.<\/p>\n<h3>I am already a member of another Ramblers group. Can I still join the Hike Norfolk?<\/h3>\n<p>If you are a member of any other Ramblers group you are welcome to become an associate member of Hike Norfolk for free \u2013 and enjoy all the benefits of Hike Norfolk membership (other than being able to vote at our AGM).
